Q: What is your refund policy?
A: Dojoskins offers 14 days full refund after you receive your products. However, the buyer will be responsible for any handling and shipping cost for returned products. Also this does not apply if the product has been damaged. If you have a problem with the product, please feel free to contact us and we will work together to solve the problem in a timely manner.
Q: How long does it take for me to receive my Dojoskins?
A: Your Dojoskins will arrive to you 7-10 days for US customers and 7-25 days for global customers due to the international postal system. Please allow us, 24-48 hours to process your order. We will always give our best effort to deliver your skins as quickly as possible.
